Hope in reality

For many in the UK, access to an electric keyboard – or even piano lessons – is close to commonplace.

Here is an insight into some of our work:

A refugee from Yemen – so excited to see and play a piano for the first time, he can’t speak.

A break from daily hardship – a construction worker learns “Happy Birthday” in a weekly class. He practises daily on the building site, by drawing a piano in the sand.

Music lifts people out of the moment, provides all-consuming distraction and happiness. Just £10 a week provides access to music for 5 internally displaced people or refugees.

Can you help bring hope to them?
