Hestia Choir
Hestia is a UK based charity providing domestic abuse support services in London and the south east, including domestic abuse refuges and community-based support.
They run an online choir once a week and I have been involved with this. The participants attend once weekly sessions focusing on breathing, phonation and pitch related exercises.
At present, we are working to design an 10-week session booklet which will enable more people to partcipate and achieve their goals.
