So, we are back in Jordan with many hopes and many frustrations. Sadly, for now, work in person with refugee groups has been put on hold. All schools and community groups are shut down in Jordan and the refugee schools are no longer allowed to meet together.
However, we are able to continue online lessons and these have been a constant source of comfort and joy for the refugees who are stranded once again.
Our main focus this season is to purchase some guitars for a group of yemeni teenage girls who were meeting together for lessons. They can now work in their homes and we are able to teach them online but they do not all have access to guitars.
We are so grateful to a couple of our private donors who have offered to purchase two guitars. We are hoping to purchase another 4 guitars to donate. Please do get in touch if you feel you might be able to help with the purchases.
