Music and food!

Thank you for choosing to organise a fund-raising evening in support of Harmony of Hope.

Here are some ideas for a fun and informative event:

Organise a meal based around Arabic food and spend time listening to our suggested recordings and artists.

Fresh mint tea conjures up the warmth and hospitality of an arabic home.  Perfect for every time of the year, whether to freshen up in the sultry summer or take away the chill on a winter’s evening, this simple brew is not only healthy but also easy to make wherever you are.  Find that big teapot and pop in the fresh mint, stems and all.  Cover with boiling water and leave to soak for around 5 minutes. Take a deep whiff of the wonderful aroma before straining the tea into your favourite mug.

2 or 3 drops of red food colouring
