Did you read the article in the media regarding the little Syrian girl, Hudea? Here is a copy of the article as reported in the Daily Telegraph

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/syria/11508306/Surrendering-to-the-camera-a-four-year-old-Syrian-girl.html

This little girl, aged 4, was so used to the sight of a gun that when she saw the camera, she immediately raised her hands above her head.  What a stark, shattering image.

We have been working with children such as Hudea to bring some hope and healing to their battered and terrifying lives. We have been working with aid agencies in the field to provide music therapy and musical instruments to enable these children to experience again the joy of music and the resulting joy of laughter.

This image shows our youth choir which still continues to meet in downtown Amman. Music brings people together and enhances the feelings of self-worth and confidence. As you can see from the picture, these boys are no longer on the street but have a purpose and unity.

Over the next couple of weeks we are grateful to the Flute Choir of Paris and the IEA Choir of Paris who will participate in a joint concert in aid of the charity.
